Titanic Beach & Resort Hotel, opened in summer 2003, consists of a 8-decked main building and 10 villas located on an area of 95,000 m2, with the capacity of 556 rooms.

Meeting and Conference Facilities

Hotels meeting facilities are equipped with modern technology and can address all meeting groups and organizations with one main conference room that can be separated into three rooms (1.173 m²) and 9 meeting rooms of various sizes.

• Standard Rooms
  Consists of a small sofa group, bedroom and bathroom.
• Colonel Suites
  Consists of a fancy sofa group and a living room, Jacuzzi bath, a bed room with French bed, shower/WC, plus the second bedroom with two single beds.
• Junior Suites
  Consists of a living room, bedroom, bath and balcony.
• Admiral Suites
  Located at the 9 th and 10 th floor of the building. Two of which consisting of 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and the other two on the 10 th floor consist of a living room, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
• Presidential Suite
  This luxury furnished special suite consist of a living room with a study desk, dining table and bar, screen TV, a special bedroom, a Jacuzzi bath, a second WC and a wide terrace. With its interconnection properties, the suite may consist of a total of 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Handicapped Rooms
  These rooms equipped in standard fashion cover a wider area compared to standard rooms and are organized to meet the requirements of handicapped guests.
• Royal Select Villas
  Two floor villas are furnished in a fancy style. The ground floor has a wide living room and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. 4 of villas faces to the private pool.
