Meeting and Conference Facilities

The Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul may offer boutique hotel style and services, but its meeting facilities are full-size with state-of-the-art meeting and technical equipments. The Ballroom in the lower lobby is 521 square meters and seats 400 for a banquet or 550 theater style for a meeting.

Equipped with state-of-the-art remote control audio-visual technology, it can be divided into three smaller function rooms. Located on the same level as the Ballroom is a 108 square meter Premium Room, accommodating 80 for a banquet or 100 for a meeting. Complementing these large meeting rooms are 8 break-out rooms for 12 to 70 people on the Mezzanine Floor, all equipped with cutting-edge audio-visual systems.

The hotel offers a total of 249 guestrooms, including 71 Executive Floor rooms, 21 Suites and the palatial Skyline Deluxe Suite.

  With city view between 14th and 19th floors. All are 35sqm large, tastefully furnished and include access to the Skyline Club Lounge.
• Superior Suites
  With city view are located on the 1st to the 12th floors. All are 50sqm large and offer 1 king bedroom with separate living room.
• Skyline Deluxe Suite
  With city view is located on the 20th floor, 90sqm and offers one bedroom with king size bed, living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi.
• Executive Floor Suites
  With city view are located on the 14th to the 19th floors. All are 50sqm large and offer tastefully furnished 1 king bedroom with separate living room.
• The Skyline Suite
  With city view are located on the 19th floor. All are 70sqm large and offers one bedroom with king bed, separate living room and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
• Superior King bed Room
  Superior 1 king bed city view room 35sqm large located between 1st and the 12th floors.
• Superior Twin bed Room
  Superior twin bed city view room 35sqm large located between 1st and the 12th floors.

• Azzur Restaurant
  Contemporary Mediterranean Rim Cuisine is served in this trendy restaurant with an open show kitchen concept. Offering breakfast buffets, a la carte lunch and dinner and Sunday Brunch, plus traditional Moevenpick specialties. A private dining room caters for up to 12 guests.

  This trendy, modern lounge bar has a pleasing atmosphere and is ideal for after work drinks, or meeting with colleagues and friends. A wide variety of quality cigars are also available.
• Lobby Lounge
  Enjoy a cigar and a cognac in front of the open fire in this cozy Lobby Lounge. Original Moevenpick and Turkish coffees are served, as well as a variety of fine teas, fresh juices and home made cakes and pastries fresh from our bakery.
